Carrie’s working career began in the banking industry and evolved into the auction business after her marriage to John, a second generation auctioneer/appraiser.  She has over 28 years of experience in the auction/appraisal industry.  She is a 3 time World Lady Champion Auctioneer, a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and has been a Member of CPPAG since 2000.

PATRICK McDONOUGH, CAI, CPPA
Owen Sound, Ontario
Pat has been an active auctioneer and appraiser with Jim Snider's Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc., in Owen Sound, since 1996.  He also works fo Manheim Auctions at the Toronto Auto Auction in Milton, ON.  In 1996, Pat retired from the Canadian Forces after 20 years of service with Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.  He has received the Standards Certification (Personal Property Component) of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

A second generation auctioneer/appraiser and owner of Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services, a full service general auction and appraisal practice, has 30 years experience in all aspects of the business. Jim is President of the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group.

Plus: a full time machinery and industrial equipment appraiser from one of Canada's leading industrial auction companies.
